1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EasyWorkflows website (https://www.easyworkflows.net/), purchasing any template, or engaging any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site or purchase any products.

EasyWorkflows is operated by Zangor. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products and Services

EasyWorkflows offers the following:

• Digital templates — ready-made n8n workflow files (.json) accompanied by setup guides
• How-to guides and blog articles — free educational content published on the site
• Implementation services — custom n8n automation builds and consulting, described on the Services page

All digital templates are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is via download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of a completed payment.

Template functionality depends on your specific n8n version, third-party service configurations, and API credentials. EasyWorkflows cannot guarantee results that depend on external factors outside our control.

3. Template License

When you purchase a template from EasyWorkflows, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use that template for your own business or personal automation purposes.

If you are an agency or freelancer using templates as part of client deliverables, that is permitted. You may not, however, resell the raw template file itself as a standalone product.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. EasyWorkflows does not store your card details.

Refund policy:

Because all products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a template has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases where:

• The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be imported into n8n
• The template does not match its published description in a material way

To raise a concern, email support@easyworkflows.net within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Services: Payment terms for custom implementation services are agreed upon separately in a statement of work or proposal. Deposits paid for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EasyWorkflows — including but not limited to text, graphics, workflow designs, code, guides, and the site's overall design — is owned by or licensed to Zangor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute site content without prior written permission, except as follows:

• You may quote short excerpts (with attribution and a link) for editorial or educational purposes
• You may share links to articles and template pages

Purchasing a template grants you a usage license as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the template to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to ensure templates work as described at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that:

• Templates will be compatible with all future versions of n8n
• Templates will function without modification if third-party APIs or services change their specifications
• Results achieved using our templates will meet your specific business requirements
• The site will be available at all times without interruption or error

Automation results depend heavily on your setup, API configurations, data quality, and how you implement workflows. Any outcome estimates or examples shared on the site are illustrative, not guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyWorkflows (Zangor) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use any template or service
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in n8n or third-party services
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from automation errors
• Reliance on any information published on this site

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Acceptable Use

When using this site or any purchased templates, you agree not to:

• Use templates to build automations that violate applicable laws or third-party terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the site
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content via any contact form
• Use automated scraping tools to extract content from the site
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the site or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access to anyone who violates these terms.

9. Third-Party Links

EasyWorkflows may link to external websites and tools for reference purposes. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.

Clicking external links and any resulting interactions are entirely at your own risk.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with us at support@easyworkflows.net.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via a site banner or email where we hold your address.
