1. Overview
EasyWorkflows sells digital products: ready-made n8n workflow templates delivered as instant downloads, each with a step-by-step setup guide. Because these are downloadable files, there is nothing to ship back.
We want you to buy with confidence, so every template is backed by a 14-day refund guarantee. If a template does not work as described and we cannot help you get it running, you get your money back.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if either of the following is true:
You qualify if
- The template does not import or run as described
- The delivered file is corrupted or incomplete
- The template does not match its published description in a meaningful way
- You cannot get it working after following the setup guide, and our support team cannot resolve it
You do not qualify if
- You changed your mind after the template works as described
- You bought the wrong template by mistake but it functions correctly
- The 14-day window has passed
- The issue is caused by a third-party service you have not let us help fix
Our goal is to make the template work, not to hold your money. In most cases a quick message to support solves the problem faster than a refund, and we are glad to help either way.
3. What Is Not Covered
A few situations fall outside the refund guarantee:
- Third-party platform changes. If an external service such as OpenAI, Google, or Telegram changes its API and that breaks a template, contact us and we will help you update it at no cost rather than issue a refund.
- Your own infrastructure. We cannot refund based on issues caused by your n8n hosting, server limits, or expired API credentials.
- Results expectations. Templates automate a process. They do not guarantee a specific business outcome, which depends on your data, configuration, and how you use the workflow.
4. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email support@easyworkflows.net within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Add a short description of the problem so we can either fix it or process the refund quickly.
You can also reach us through the contact form. We aim to reply to every request within one business day.
5. Processing and Timing
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, though the exact time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. There are no restocking fees and no return shipping, since the product is digital.
6. Custom Services
Refund terms for our done-for-you implementation services are separate from template purchases and are agreed in the statement of work or proposal for each project.
For service projects, every package includes a support window, and we fix any issue caused by our build at no charge during that window. Deposits become non-refundable once work has started. See the Services page for details.
