1. Who We Are

EasyWorkflows is operated by Zangor, a solo business providing n8n workflow templates, automation guides, and implementation services for solopreneurs and small teams.

When this policy refers to "EasyWorkflows," "we," "us," or "our," it means Zangor and the EasyWorkflows website at https://www.easyworkflows.net/.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect data that is necessary to operate the site and deliver our products and services.

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and the message you send. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Purchase information — if you buy a template or service, our payment processor (not us) handles card details. We receive your name, email address, and order details to fulfil your purchase.
  • Email newsletter — if you subscribe to updates, we store your email address with our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Information collected automatically:

  • Analytics data — if analytics are enabled, we may collect pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and approximate geographic region. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses, request timestamps, and page URLs as part of standard server operation. Logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes only.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Ever.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to contact form enquiries and provide customer support
  • To fulfil template purchases and deliver digital products
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery of purchased templates)
  • To send the email newsletter, if you have subscribed
  • To understand how visitors use the site and improve the content we publish

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. EasyWorkflows uses cookies in the following ways:

5. Third-Party Services

EasyWorkflows uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

  • Google Fonts — loads the typeface used on the site from Google's servers. Google may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Payment processor — purchases are handled by a third-party payment gateway (such as Stripe or Gumroad). We do not receive or store your card details. Their privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
  • Email service provider — newsletter and transactional emails are sent via a third-party email platform. Subscriber data is stored with that provider in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Web hosting — the site is hosted on a third-party server. Standard server logs (IP, timestamps) are processed by the host.

We choose third-party services that comply with applicable data protection laws. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites we link to.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Contact form messages — kept in our email inbox for as long as relevant to the support conversation, then deleted.
  • Purchase records — retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws (typically 5 to 7 years).
  • Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe. On unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the active list promptly.
  • Server logs — typically retained for 30 to 90 days by our hosting provider for security purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. newsletter), you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@easyworkflows.net. We will respond within 30 days. If you are based in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Children's Privacy

EasyWorkflows is not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site or by email where we hold your address. Continued use of EasyWorkflows after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
