The process, end to end
- Pay via PayPal. Receipt in your inbox.
- Onboarding form (under 5 minutes). We ask: your Shopify URL, which workflow(s) you want, your existing tools (Gmail, Slack, OpenAI account status, etc.), your timezone.
- Kickoff message on Telegram or email within 4 business hours. We confirm scope and book the walkthrough call.
- Installation. We set everything up on your n8n and test it against your store. You don’t need to be available during this.
- Walkthrough call. We screen-share, show you the workflow running, explain every node, and hand you editable docs.
- Support window starts. Any bug, any edge case, reply to the Telegram thread and we fix it.
What we won’t do
We don’t:
- Build custom workflows from scratch in under 24 hours (Stack Setup allows for 3 to 5 days because real testing takes real time)
- Set up payment processors or handle PCI-sensitive flows (outside our scope)
- Modify your Shopify theme or install Shopify apps (we stick to n8n and the API layer)
- Work with platforms other than Shopify, WooCommerce, and generic webhook-based stacks
If your request is outside scope, we’ll tell you in the first reply. No wasted days.
If it doesn’t work, you don’t pay
If the workflow we install doesn’t run as agreed and we can’t fix it within 72 hours of the issue being reported, you get a full refund. Two refunds have been issued in 2026. Both processed within 24 hours of the request.

Who actually does the work?
Nidal, the founder, and one senior n8n engineer. No subcontracting to cheap outsourcers. Every workflow is installed by someone who has shipped 100+ n8n workflows personally.
Do I need my own n8n account?
Not necessarily. For Single Install we can set up n8n Cloud or self-host on a $5/month VPS on your behalf. For Stack Setup and Subscription, self-hosting is recommended and included.
What if I don’t know which workflow I need?
Book the free 15-minute fit call. We look at your store and recommend the 1 to 3 automations that would save you the most time for the lowest setup cost. No sales pressure.
Can I use my existing Shopify store without breaking anything?
Yes. n8n sits beside your store. It reads and writes via the Admin API. It doesn’t modify your theme, doesn’t install a Shopify app, doesn’t touch your checkout. The risk profile is the same as using any third-party tool with API access.
Do you support non-Shopify stores?
WooCommerce yes, generic webhook-based stacks yes. BigCommerce and Magento, case by case. Contact us first.
How is this different from hiring a Fiverr freelancer for $50?
Fiverr freelancers quote low, then either deliver a half-working JSON or disappear mid-project. We’re fixed-price, refunded-if-broken, with a support window. We cost more because we finish the job.
