What you need

- A Gmail account to send from.
- A Shopify access token with read order access. Since January 2026 you create this in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, and the setup guide walks you through it.
How it works

- The AI writes a calm cancellation email using the customer name and order number, mentioning that any refund is on its way without inventing a timeline.
- The email is sent from your Gmail.
