What is included

What you need
- Your own n8n instance, cloud or self hosted.
- A free Google Gemini API key from Google AI Studio. No paid OpenAI key needed.
- A Shopify access token with read order access. Since January 2026 you create this in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, and the setup guide walks you through it.
How it works
- A new order is placed in your Shopify store.
- The AI reads the order and writes a three line summary, flagging anything notable, or saying it looks normal.
- The summary is sent to your Telegram chat.
It runs free at typical volume on Google Gemini’s free tier, and Telegram is free, so this costs nothing to run at typical store volume.
